Excellent cream, It help us fight off Escherichia Coli bacteria and diaper rash diagnosed at our Bosnian clinic just before we headed out to USA for a visit. At suggestion from a former work colleague, we tried the cream and IT WORKED. Upon our return to Bosnia and we re-tested for Escherichia and found none.
Thanks God we can buy this cream on-line via Amazon; its a savior.

I just love this product. My son is 13 months and has yet to have a diaper rash. The price is high, so I try to buy in bulk whenever I can. Great product.



Not true Desitin, but nice alternative - Soni - Sacramento, CA
Doesn't have the Zinc protectant, but actually it's a nice alternative to have around for diaper bag (less messy), to use as lube (for rectal temps/suppositories), and for hand lotion in a pinch. Also smells good. :)

I've used Desitin CLear Ointment on my daughter since she was born and she has never had a diaper rash. Plus you can use it on minor cuts & scrapes.



Need to know ingredients - nonpariel - rural New England, USA
When I find the time, I will locate this product in a drugstore and read the ingredient list. Allergies are common, especially allergy to forms of perfume. The customer needs to know what is in a product - I would think that would be completely obvious to any retailer, so why doesn't Amazon require ingredient listing?
